I absolutely love this gym...every time I come and visit my grandma I make sure I come to the gym. It is such a welcoming environment.
One of the last old school bodybuilding gyms out there. If you want to get a great workout in with lots of equipment choices, then this is your gym. Extremely nice owner and very fair prices. Highly recommend this gym.
Best gym in the local area with the best prices in all of Southwest Virginia. Just recently redone and looks great!
I've had a membership for a few years now and have always enjoyed going to Mike's. He is very friendly and helpful. He recently remodeled his gym as well and has several new pieces of equipment.
