Got here late but the staff was still friendly rooms were spot on and the food service they suggested was amazing ill stay here again when I'm back down this way

The staff was very friendly. Everyone was practicing social distancing and mask wearing. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice place, clean room, the staff was very courteous, the desk manager (I think her name was Mary) was particularly friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend.

We have taken so many trips in different parts of the world but for a lot of reasons our trip to Lebanon turned out to be one of the best and this Holiday Inn added to it. We drove 6 hours and came here for our DMV appointment as there was no appointment available in our area. We are so glad we chose this place to come over.nThe location is breathtaking, you wake up in the morning and look outside to find yourself on a hill station with snow clad mountains and greenery around you.nWe came in at 3:30 am and were welcomed by the wonderful staff among who we met 2 ladies and a gentleman who helped us and booked our room on phone who had a bit of British accent! All of them were very welcoming and prompt to our requests.nHotel and room was very clean. Beds were comfy. bathroom was clean. Breakfast is a problem wherever you go in this pandemic so we were not expecting anything extravagant anyway but they had a couple of things like muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruits, juice, coffee & tea. The lady at the desk also gave us couple of water bottles for free while we were leaving. You don’t really see that happening in city area!nIt is a must stop place for your trips whether on the way or in case you take a DMV trip like us. The beauty of the nature will really fill your heart with peace and compassion and take away all your stress. I think that’s the reason the people were so sweet at this hotel as well as other places in this beautiful town!nIn whatever way you decide to stop in Lebanon, this Holiday Inn will make it so much better for you.

Well I want to start this off by saying the hotel is very clean and staff appears friendly and nice. However upon leaving my 2 night stay I have been charged 3 different times by this hotel. They have alleged that I broke their tv when in no way is this possible. I was there for an event and only was in the room late at night each night to sleep until I checked out. They have threatened me with a felony, which in my opinion is way outnof line considering they are really fraudulently charging my bank card and accusing me of something I didnt do. I wouldn't recommend stating here as you mat find yourself paying for upgrades in faulty equipment at the hotel. I had nothing to do with anything and have not gotten anything but headache and fraudulent charges for literally no reason. I really shouldve known better as the rates were really low for what seemed like a quality hotel. Be aware of false accusations and extra charges if you stay here, as I was in my room for maybe 16 hours of sleep and have gone through a lot of issues since.
