I have been working with Adam for 4 months and have been extremely impressed with his knowledge, skills, professionalism, and genuine compassion. His kind nature has fostered significant growth in my life. He not only cares about my exercise/physical progress, but how my sleep pattern, nutrition, and self-care all work together to strengthen my overall health journey. His plans are individualized based on the goals I desire for myself and he has made the process so much fun that I look forward to each session. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Adam for several years! I can highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He listens to his clients and gears the training sessions to fit your goal. He is also great at identifying areas that need work and helping you achieve success. He is always striving to help his clients inside and outside the gym. He keeps you motivated and energized! Training is an investment in yourself. He is remarkably in his ability to train both the young and not so young. He provides clients with information, knowledge and skills to be successful at becoming and staying fit.

I've been training with Adam for only a short time, but I'm already feeling the benefits. I love that his focus is overall health both inside the gym and out! I'm sleeping better, eating better, have more energy and I'm feeling stronger! He's positive, motivating, and encouraging. I'd recommend Adam to anyone that wants an individually developed plan to help met your health and fitness goals!

I’ve been training with Adam for over a year and I believe he is one of the best. Adam is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Throughout the last 8 months I have trained with Adam Parks, he has created various types of workouts specifically tailored for my goals, needs, weaknesses, injuries, and work-related physical demands. Mr. Parks also helped me change my diet and because of this I am living a much healthier lifestyle.
