Under the guise of kindness ownership requires patrons to wear a mask while exercising. Medical condition or not they demand you wear a mask. I explained the Executive Order allows me to exercise without a mask and her response, “not here.” Oxygen deprivation is a real thing and it isn’t kind to deprive patrons of oxygen while they are exercising.as patrons workout to maintain health to better combat any sickness. I’m sorry ownership fear causes harm to their customers as I know for a fact a hard workout with a mask causes dangerously high heart rates and does more harm than good.

I recently joined this gym and quickly learned to hate it. After working out several times here, I found that the owner was very rude and made crude jokes about the people working out. I am unfortunately on the larger side, but I joined a gym to fix that. This owner not only made fun of my weight, but he would make fun of how I wore my mask, and the outfits I would wear. I advise anyone who is thinking about joining this gym not to.

One of the owners, Trey Bussey, has little mad syndrome and thinks he is the CDC. I was asked to wear a mask even after explaining I have a medical condition and on top of that, masks are not required in gyms in Virginia ( so if Leon, Cindy, or any of the owners tell you they are, they are lying once again. Just like they lied to try and squeeze your financials to get more money.) stay clear of this gym. They are unprofessional, rude, and demanding. Go workout anywhere else!

Everyone here is professional and kind and takes time get to know each of clients by name. Leon and Cindy are great and are supportive! My schedule frequently changes at the last minute and Cindy has been great to understand any last minute cancellations that I make and works to re-schedule with me. Great environment and clean facilities!
