Well, I ordered at 9 pm on a Friday September 11, 2020 And it’s September 12, 12:28am and we never got our order delivered, nor did they ever called us to advise us we weren’t getting our food delivered. Future reference “ don’t take orders If you ain’t going to meet up to your own expectations Master Tropical Pizza. Y’all Lawrence peeps just order across the street at big and beefy. Line is long but you know you’ll get your order and warm at that.

The only reason why I give them two starts is because the Pizza was good. I can’t complain about the flavor.nnTheir customer service on the other hand... horrible. We made an order on their website, we ordered three medium pizzas and a County Club that costed $2.50. The website didn’t clarify how many onces it was. But we figure that it was a 2L because of the price.nnWhen the delivery man got here, he hands me a 12oz. I was so confused and explained him that I was expecting a 2L. Even he found the order weird but he was just following orders. He tells me that I have to call the store which I did.nnWhen I called the store the person that spoke to me wasn’t professional at all. I explained to her that I was expecting a 2L because of the price, and she told me that the order was made online and that everything was correct according to their system. I explained to her that the website was not clear about the amount and that it was a bit too much for 12oz.nnAt that moment, I gave my aunt the phone and she told the Pizzeria’s employee that she didn’t want it any more. She told my aunt that she already paid for it.nnWhich is completely understandable but she didn’t try to find a way to make up for their mistake, because it wasn’t our fault. It’s their website and they should work on it to prevent this type of mistakes in the future.nnAs customer service employee I have to find a way to accommodate our customers and find a solution to the problem at hand. They didn’t offer any type of apology they just hang up the phone without saying anything about it... I just so disappointed.

The food is always well prepared and flavorful, workers provides good service. I really like how neat it is and vibes. Worth a try.

I LOVE THE FOOD HERE ESPECIALLY THE MOFONGO!!! 10/10. Food takes 30min to 1 hour to make and it’s worth the wait!! cooks seem to put love on the food. Too much complains about the waiting time then maybe you should go to McDonald’s or cook at home.

I wish i could give a 0 star. I called the store two times and after making me wait for like 4-5 minutes they hanged up the phone, so disrespectful.nOrdered a chicken pasta and food was nasty and cold not worth $18. Need more training on how to talk to people through the phone. DISGUSTING
