What a wonderful reactional Park. We really enjoyed visiting the park and met good friends out there. I like to prepare kabob there many spots are available for preparing kabob. Totally, I was there with my kids they really enjoyed playing with other friends.
We used the playground and it has really good playground structure. It had many different ways to climb up and then a tall slide to go down. Great for kids all aged. Then we took a walk to look at the Geese just watch your step in the fields!
Fantastic local park. Community Center. Baseball Fields. Soccer Fields. Pool with Water Slide. Picnic Shelters. Walking Paths along the Potomac. And easy walking access to the Occoquan National Wildlife Refuge.
Soccer fields are grass Bermuda I think and are like a carpet perfect to play on! Great trails to walk on skate park, pool, basketball and tennis courts as well as a two playgrounds oh I almost forgot 3 baseball fields as well. Kids love it when the amtrak goes Choo choo a couple times an hour and If you time it right there is a walkway with a bridge that you can walk up to and watch the train go under you ud83dude00
Surprisingly large park, with two soccer fields, four softball fields, and swimming pools (with slides). There is a building with meeting rooms and basketball practice (no room to spectate). Landscaping is modest - mostly trees and shrubs, but lots of grass.
