The trails can get confusing if you don't look at a detailed map ahead of time. To make a loop we did orange to pink to white back to orange to get back to the parking lot. We enjoyed our two mile loop and definitely plan to visit again when it's a bit warmer!

Nice, quiet park. Saw horses and a few people and dogs, but quiet. Trails are not clearly marked. You could wonder for a while going around in circles if you aren't careful though.

I just read a story about a family that got lost on this trail. Thankfully they were found by the police.nI know how they feel. I got lost in this park too.nThere's little scenery change on much of it with the trails poorly marked if at all. One part of the trail has an intersection where you have no idea which is the way back. It was the first time I ever got lost in a park. Yes, I looked up the park map and downloaded it before going. However, there are trails not marked and with no landmarks it was boring and confusing. I literally got back by following the horse poop. Haha. But even that can be really wrong since some people ride for miles not leading back to your car.nI wondered why there were no cars at a park. Now I know.

Quaint area to take a little hike. I went in February so the trails were a little muddy because of recent snow, but you could definitely get a couples miles in. Definitely pay attention to the trail markings, there's at least 3 different colors: orange, red, and white. Three lines mean beginning/end of trail, one line directs you. It got confusing because we got to the end of the orange marking trail, but it seemed like there was more trail to the left. But it got to a point where it was so muddy we couldn't follow it, so we turned back. It might fare differently during the summer.
