I was locked out, called and was told there was a $29 fee for coming out and the actual services would be between $19-$200. The guy comes, unlocks it in under 3 minutes, then charges $225. I couldn't believe they charged me that much for doing so little, especially since another local business gave me a quote of $145. I feel ripped off and would not recommend.nnUpdate: I did as they suggested and contacted customer service. It had been over a week when I finally got a voice-mail which simply said I was not overcharged. I asked for a written response with a price breakdown which they are apparently unwilling to give. Unprofessional and unresponsive if you do have an issue.
