Decent gym and staff is cool but some of their equipment is terrible and dangerous. A couple benches are bent and not horizontally even, could cause a serious injury. One dip station in the gym. None at the pull up straight pull up bar so you have to walk across the gym with every set. Invest back into getting your equipment right. The equipment is only 3 star worthy
This is a great gym. They have just about any piece of equipment you may need as well as an open area to use. It’s not too crowded either
Cancelled my membership last fall due to high risk COVID factors. After several months of no payments, and me thinking the cancellation went through, they back dated several months and charged me all at once. They seem to have magically lost all records of my cancellation. Corporate has dodged every attempt I have made to get refunded and have essentially STOLEN much needed MONEY out of my pocket. Highly recommend joining Gold’s Gym or LA Fitness or really any other gym in the area.
If you put money for Personal trainer sessions if you don't use it they will not refund it to you. Unsafe place to put your money. You will not be able to reach their customer service by phone. Managers will not help you. They steal your money infront of your eyes. I have 20 sessions remaining and they don't want to refund my money back which is about 1000$. Will not advise to go there again. Please take care of them.
Just randomly charged me and I haven’t been to the gym since the onset of COVID. Wouldn’t let me cancel over the phone or online while gym was closed and now randomly charged me for every month they’ve been open. No communication about opening, no communication about payment. Would not recommend.
