Went in to upgrade my phone. Brooke made it super easy. Provided great customer service and made some recommendations as well. Really happy with my visit.

I've been coming to this location for years, my most recent visit was hands down the best, ask for Armando for the best customer service, incredibly knowledgeable of all their services/products and went the extra mile to get the answers he didn't have.

Great experience. Eddie helped me out and answered all my questions. I walked out with new phone in 40mins.

We just had the best service with Vince at this location. He was knowledgeable in the products and services offered. He was patient and a great listener. In the end he resolved all of our concerns with what we felt was great competence. An honest salesman.

I'm really not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've gone there three times over the past week and each time they were attentive, professional, and helped me fix my phone issues. Really only good things to say about them.
