They've finally added an on screen announcement for which track your Amtrak train will come!!! It only appears after the announcement though

First time riding & no one was there to help. Nobody tells me which platform my train’s coming and it’s not shown on either ticket or the monitor. Thank you for making me miss my first train.

This was my first time taking a train. The scenery was nice and the employees approachable. However the attendants were hard to find by the middle of the trip. There was a strange man talking to himself about halfway in that was waiting for his stop. The seats were comfy but I saw some other riders having issues with the charging stations on the train not working properly. Oh and then there is the noise. At the beginning of the rise the door that connected the train cars were open so I could hear every single bump. About halfway through an attendant closed the doors and it was much quieter. Wish there were signs to the bathroom since there wasn't attendants readily available to ask for directions. I'd do it again but not a 4 hour trip.
