A lot of local history and open space/Forrest paths you can explore, it's become a pleasant place to go and just be on nice days.
Nice trail. Relatively short at just over 2 miles. But.. there a a couple paths that cut across so once you know where you are its easy to extend your trip. Horses allowed on some parts of the trail. The trail is a little rough with rocks so boots may be needed for some. Nature is always beautiful!
Great nature trail. Saw a couple of deer, a turtle and great shade. The trail was a bit short compared to other similar hikes. All in all a great experience.
Visitor center was closed but the trails were well marked and in great shape. If you are into history its a great place to visit.
Great place to hike and experience both history and nature.
