Definitely not enough staff members to handle the children they are watching. Appears to be mostly young members watching other members instead of qualified staff watching members. Also appear to be completely inexperienced in how to handle any children with any learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, etc. Offers no refunds/partial refunds even if they kick your child out (because they aren't equipped to handle children with disabilities, autism, etc.) or close for the rest of the year of their own accord. Very disappointing for a program that is supposed to be for the community and help for low income people.
