I signed up for personal training with Ryan. This is the first time I actually look forward to working out. Ok...except for the wall sits and push-ups. He's very professional, and willing to work with you when things come up. I recommend this place 100%.
Ryan is an amazing trainer. He is personable, professional and dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals. I just tell Ryan what I’m trying to achieve and he shows me what exercises to do. Not only has he helped me with the exercise portion of my fitness goals, but he has taught me how and what to eat to help my body burn fat. I highly recommend his services!
Danny is the best! Very knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. Really makes me feel comfortable during our workouts and ensure I get the most out of every visit!
Coach Danny is amazing! He is great with kids, very thorough and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a skilled professional to teach you, he is who you’re looking for! Highly recommend him to anyone.
The owner is extremely professional and flexible! I’m for sure a beginner, and he was very patient with me. The building is really clean, so that was definitely a plus as well! Great experience!
