Mr. Bailey has been my CPA for the past three years. He has been extremely helpful and competent in the preparation of my taxes. Denis has also shown compassion at the time of my husband's death, which was difficult. He was a helpful and understanding professional.I recommend him highly.

I've used Denis for two years, and after some delays and an overlooked document, attributable to some employees he subsequently released, I've decided to move on. What I can say is that after realizing the mistakes Denis didn't charge me a dime and offered to do my taxes for free. He is not a crook as some have said below. If he was, he wouldn't refuse my payment for the services he performed. Look to his older reviews to see the work he's capable of now that he's replaced some of the help.

Very, very happy. His work was great and his rate was very reasonable. Most tax guys will just process what you give them and only ask for something if they can't complete the return without it. He actually asked for other things that he know I should or probably had to make sure I got every deduction I could. Will definitely use him again.

After hiring mr. Bailey to do my taxes, I hired him to do some bookkeeping. After waiting 2 months for him to produce my books, I never received any services. He had several excuses as to why my bookkeeping was incomplete. And is now refusing to refund me the money that I paid him in advance for the bookkeeping. After feeling uneasy about the way mr. Bailey handled everything, I had another CPA review my taxes and found errors in my tax return. He wrote off one of my purchases twice this year. So now I will owe this in next year's taxes to correct the problem. There were several errors before we even submitted our taxes and had to be on him constantly to confirm whether they were received or not by the IRS. Do not hire mr. Bailey to work for you in any capacity. This man is a crook and a liar. I have contacted my lawyer mr. Bailey and I will see you in court if I don't receive my money back.

I do not know, nor have I ever met a Michael Hemsworth, Courtney Jones, Michael, Antonio Brown, Suzy G or Alisha Earls. This appears to be a scam because all of the negative reviews from these individuals occurred at the same time five months ago.. We did do work for Luke Grubbs and completed everything he asked us to do. From an ethical standpoint i can not make any further comments on him.
