Lots of fields. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice neighborhood. Great natural Turf (grass).
These fields are slowly improving. Last year the ground on the soccer fields was almost completely mud. This year they've done a lot of work on the soccer fields. Parking is sufficient although not overly abundant. Additionally they have opened a concession stand that continues to improve. I would expect the park will be at a four star status by next season with their continued improvements.
Nice place for all sorts of sports. Good fields, in the stone ridge community.
Awesome spot to play soccer, baseball, basketball. They even have an indoor soccer field inside the dome in the back. And two indoor bball courts that you can use for free!
Just visited this park for the first time.nIt has rain all week but the ground at field level was not wet or soft. But on your walk to your specific field watch out for the low water run off areas they are soft and soggy after rain. But that is to be expected.nIt is a well laid out youth sports field park.nFrom baseball/softball and soccer fields to football and lacrosse there are a lot of fields to be used at the same time.nThey even have a staffed concessions stand with a BBQ.nThe only reason I did not give it five starts was due to the lack of convenient toilet facilities. Depending on the field your child is on you may have to walk all the way back to the parking area to find a toilet.nThe feilds are well maintained with the proper markings for the appropriate sport being played.nThey also have fenced in baseball/softball fields with tall foul line poles.nYou will have to bring your own chair if you would like to sit. There is also nowhere to hide from the rain or sun such as the day may be. I would recommend bringing an umbrella along with that chair.nThe park district needs to address the lack of toilet facilities.nEnjoy your time at the park!
