I previously gave this place 4 stats (see review at bottom) BUT yesterday we go to the drive through. Several people in front of us that we see order and exit & I mean exit the property. No idea. Oh well, our turn, we pull forward & order a #5 and the employee stops us and announces they can't make anything from the menu numbers 1 - 5 because they don't have the meat for them. What??? Then we also exit!nnPrevious review - Gentleman who took our order was fast, friendly and efficient. We used the drive through; several people in front of us but ordering and receiving our food was fast. Best of all our order was accurate and hot. This location has it right.

Poor Jermaine! I was waiting in the drive thru line and could hear him doing his best to satisfy a customer’s needs over the phone. He was so polite, professional and courteous but I think the customer just wanted to complain. I asked him to come to the window after I received my food just so I could tell him how well he did handling the situation. Super nice staff and good job Jermaine!

The new night time manager (I think his name is Jermaine) is amazing. I’ve been to this store 3 times in the past week and every time I go in, it’s clean and the staff are super nice. I call the restaurant Everytime before I get there and he makes sure my food is fresh and ready Everytime. Changed my opinion of this Hardee’s location COMPLETELY.

The lady taken orders at the drive thru was very polite and professional. The cashier was friendly. Whoever was in the kitchen made me have to get out and go in because they did not put my tomato on my steak biscuit. Now it wouldn’t be that big of a deal BUT it is $.50 for a slice of tomato there.
