My experience with PowerTrain Sports has been amazing. The tailored workouts have been beneficial in many ways. The trainers push me beyond my limits to make sure I fulfill my potential. Their philosophy has reignited a discipline in myself that has not been there in many years. I appreciate everyone there that takes there time to improve my health and push me through the times when my mind is saying stop but my body needs that final set, rep or sled push!!. The education they provide on how to take care of your muscle, burn fat and maintain is something I have never received from conventional gyms. I could go on and on but I will leave it at this..I am a lifelong client.

Had to cancel my groupon, no one calls you back or picks up the phone. Very bad customer service. Don’t waste you money on this place.

I went to power train and they took .2 off my 60 yard dash and now I run a 6.8, preparing me for my baseball season.
