My son and I have both had great experiences here. My son plays baseball and the sports specific approach has safely guided him through adalesent foundational strength training. Solid approach to strength training and results oriented.
I've been coming to Power Train for the last 2 and a half years as a substitute for physical therapy following a stroke effecting my left side. Since I started I have had significant increases in strength and balance. Post stroke I was having difficulty returning to the size and weight I was previously. It is thanks to the hard work and individual workouts created by the knowledgeable staff at Power train that I have exceeded my initial expectations. I recommend Power Train to everyone!
PowerTrain has got me more motivated to workout then anywhere else. The trainers really care about you and I’ve loved coming here for a year now. I first came in small and weak but now I can definitely see a big improvement in my strength and physique.
Great facility and staff. Customized workouts to your specific goals. My boys have been going here for years and I recently joined in. Always pushing you to the next level. My boys have learned proper techniques for working out that will benefit them for years to come as athletes. Ryan and Matt are great!
Power train is my second home! The staff is amazing and so motivating, and they care about more than just your fitness. I have recommended power train to many of my friends and will continue to do so!
