I have been coming here for almost 5 years. I had a lot of good experience. they’ve provided me a lot of guidance on workouts and good health. Five years ago I had a heart attack. I was not able to go to the gym for almost 9 months. They were able to help me get back on my feet. Greg who is the general manager is very nice. Anything I need he always is able to help me. In addition Jamie who is RM is very nice.

The truth is that until today the gym was the best for me that from the day I signed up with my wife we ​​took several friends from other gym to the golds gym but I had a problem with my son in the kids club for a long time my son even cried to me because he did not want to stay when that person was there, that person was very indifferent to him, on the other hand, with the others there were never any problems, he is more always happy with them today they approach me in the weight room to tell me that I had to leave the gym immediately because my son had previously hit a child when in reality that was a misunderstanding already clarified with the child's mother, the children will always be children and if there are no people to supervise them they will always do mischief now is the word of The lady against my son's I believe that the people who are in charge of the kids club should be people who love children who adore them make them feel happy to get there anyway. I also believe that there was a way to transmit that to me, not in the middle of the gym and to expel us as if it were a criminal, indeed, that action did not seem right to me, we were loyal to this gym and our group continues to grow but this was the last straw .nIt weighs on me but we will look for another gym. I will also talk to my friends that they are there for me.

Great gym. Joined in late 2019 and have met many of my goals here. Many facilities, including showers, pool, tons of weight racks, machines, cardio equipment, group fitness rooms and classes. They even offer a shake bar and supplements. Reminds me of Merritt in Bmore. Have been very accommodating regarding COVID. Some of the equipment needs a bit of service but that's typical of most facilities. Highly recommend.

Changing my review to 1 star because when your lied to about the cost of cancelling your policy when you move and they couldn't care less you leave a bad review. Sucks a 3 store franchise has to put a bad taste in for the rest of the gold's gyms out there.
