I just joined back after almost 2 years and it felt so good! I’ve been to several studios, and I can say that this one is clean, has great staff, and a better layout than some others. I love the classes and that you will never get the same workout everyday. No matter how much it may hurt, it definitely gets the job done! I missed you OTF and will definitely remain a lifetime member!
Highly motivating exercise experience and good compliance with covid 19 recommendations. Parking a little tight. Facility spacious and clean. Heat rate monitoring and app are cool. Excellent feedback system.

Great place to go for a great workout. Excellent equipment, and great staff. Finding myself going much more often than say to a regular gym and all the stuff you get with is quite worth jt!
Great workout, helpful staff. Good with cleaning and hygiene. The trainer and staff member explained how everything worked beginning of the workout. The trainer chuck was awesome with helping me throughout the work out as well with form and how things work. The workout itself is a bit technical. In addition to the price or membership there is an additional cost for the heart rate monitor.
