Honestly, this was my first time going to this h&r block my first visit wasn't even able to be seen because of computer issues ( totally understandable). But no one even tried to reach out and rescheduled that appointment. So I had to book another appointment fine I do so I filed and thought ok that was good Noooo here it is time to receive state tax back and guess what they took my whole state to cover their fees never have I had this happen I wasn't even told that it would be taken out I so used to it coming from my federal that I didn't even think. Twice about it but no one even said anything about it thank God I work but it makes me hurt for those who are struggling to make ends meet that need every penny. I won't be returning to this h&r block on my Karen when it comes to them

Our tax preparer is very competent. We have faith that she will give us good advice and help us through the process.

I like how my preparer explained things to me and was willing to help me understand. I also recommend my sister to go to H&R for her taxes to be done.

Kristy is fantastic and this year we were able to work completely remotely. It was the easiest tax year I have ever experienced.
