My Husband and I usually do not have any issues with CVS, but today my husband was calling in a refill on one of his scripts and the lady who was handling our phone call was very unprofessional and of course she didn’t give her name. I understand that it gets busy and I understand someone might be having a bad day, what I don’t understand or appreciate is someone in her profession taken it out on clients/customers. You have no idea what someone is going through or what someone has been through, so to be very rude and patronizing and condescending is unacceptable. Honestly if you can’t handle your job or the position you are in then I would suggest switching careers. Anyone who is working in health care needs to be caring and have great ud83dudc4d bedside manners, it seems that people who are working in the health care business have forgotten why they chose it in the first place. I hope the lady on the other end of the phone line this morning can figure out if this is really the career path she wants to be in and I’ll pray for her and hope for the best for her.

Pharmacy service is poor. Both techs I've interacted with have been very rude and did not listen when I asked a question, just continued to talk over me.
