Had a fantastic experience working with Abraham! From start to finish, he was such a joy to work with. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step - he even stayed late on a Saturday evening to make sure I could finish up all of my paperwork! SO happy with my MINI and can't wait to enjoy it for years to come!

Edit: 3/31/2021 I purchased a new Mini from a different dealer that had the exact car I was looking for but I made sure to schedule all of my service appointments moving forward with Mini of Sterling and Justin since he was so much help in previous years. Justin’s dedication to his customers and their experience is a very rare gem to find these days. I work in the automotive industry and I wish we had Justin on our service team. If you are looking for someone who will take the time to text you and send you videos of work done on your car and give you a detailed breakdown of pricing and essential recommendations look no further than Justin at Sterling!nnOlder Post(s)nJustin and the service team is always so helpful and always breakdown the cost and reasoning of recommended service with my permission before servicing. Extremely professional and courteous. My loaner vehicle was a 2020 S which was a nice switch up! Worth every cent!!!

Thanks to Justin H. for all the work and support on fixing our car. We had a pretty bad experience at another dealership and he was able to preserve the Mini Brand. We love that Justin takes the time to makesure we were happy. He really went above and beyond and we're grateful!
