More like D- Motors - BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.nnI bought a truck from this dealer on Aug 3rd and still have yet to receive my title (60+ days later). I have contacted them numerous times (they have never called me to tell me they were working the issue), and they continually give me the run-around. I have reason to believe that they were and are not actually trying to do anything to get me my title (contradictory information they gave me when I called them). Now I am going through the VA Motor Vehicle Dealer Board to get my title (as I only just noticed a few others have had to do). These guys are the reason why people are suspicious of small car dealers. Save yourself a headache like mine – BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.nn***UPDATE*** I contacted the MVDB as others had done. Once they got involved, I got my title within 10 days.nn***REPLY TO A PLUS RESPONSE*** While I agree that Corona Virus certainly had an effect on this situation, my perception is that this dealer hid behind Corona Virus and did not take any action until I contacted the MVDB. Something as simple as a quick call (once per week?) to keep me informed that you were working the problem, would have gone a long way. Instead, I contacted you on multiple occasions, I contacted DMV to figure out what documents they needed, and I had to contact the MVDB. While the truck you sold me is working fine (and I do appreciate that), it is overshadowed by poor follow-thru to complete the purchase and frankly, zero apologies. You are clearly angry with my review, angry with DMV, angry at Corona, but not looking at perhaps some internal review as to how you might handle this situation differently (because you think you did nothing wrong). I’ll stand by my recommendation that people should be weary of purchasing from A Plus Motors on the basis that the customer service (completion of purchase) is questionable.

The vehicle that was represented in the online pictures was exactly what was on the lot!!! Me and my wife had looked at many of these Toyota Prius in the past month only to be disappointed when seen in person. Picked car up this evening, it was clean and runs great. She is very happy with it. Thank you for the fair deal!! Stay honest guys.

I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4runner 3 weeks ago from A Plus Motors and was very happy with my experience! The car was as advertised online and was in great condition. I worked with Wael who was incredibly helpful and responsive when I was looking at the car and ultimately buying it. Even after purchasing the car he stayed in communication with me to let me know that I would be receiving the title for the car in the mail soon.nnThe car was inspected and passed in VA and I was provided with the CarFax report. Am very pleased with my recent vehicle purchase experience from A+ Motors in May,2020 in Leesburg,Va which I found on CarGurus site .Both teams responded to my text & email inquiries promptly.nMy first impression of the actual dealership site was a little hesitant but am now glad that I proceeded to test drive the truck that I was interested in.The truck was clean ,was in great condition & drove well.Since I am an Essential Employee (during this Coronavirus Pandemic),I really needed a reliable form of transportation.Some quarantine issues had made some financial freedoms limited but the Sales Team @ A+ Motors really helped with a solution to get things done .I am very pleased with this vehicle purchase .I would buy another vehicle from this dealership.Also I would recommend them to my friends & family members that may need a vehicle to purchase in the near future! ud83dude0a
