Exceptional service. Everyone is knowledgeable and goes out of their way to explain everything, help and work with the customer.nThis particular time was more of an emergency but I felt like I kept getting dropped. Messages not relayed, no loaner car-stuck at home rescheduling 2 days worth of appointments without an end in sight. No communication. Ultimately they were wonderful as usual and worked hard to get my car fixed and returned to me in a timely manner. They are overall a great group in all they do.

Customer service continues to be excellent (deepest thanks to Ali, who is wonderful) and the services provided were thorough. They even flagged for me that I was close to my inspection date and performed the inspection. Great facility, as well. I was able to work comfortably while I waited for the scheduled maintenance to be completed. Good coffee, fresh fruit, and other delicious snacks. They were kind enough to drop me at the neighboring Wegmans so that I could complete my shopping while I waited. I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience!

Great service experience. Was able to get same day service for spark plugs, brake flush and alignment all at a reasonable price. Typically dealers are overpriced. But don beyer was a good price. Provided online status updates and inspection report. Was ready when promised. Super clean facility and courteous friendly staff. Highly recommend.
