staff was friendly and showroom was clean and comfy though what i am upset about is the condition of a vehicle i purchased from here the listing photos were different than the current condition of the vehicle. It would not have been such a big deal if i had not driven 5 hours to get the car. it seemed that the car had been repoed and that the dealership had simply relisted it with the earlier pictures. They said that the vehicle had never been involved in an accident, but later on upon removing the front bumper cover at home it was evident thats steps were taken to hide some substancial damage to the actual bumper underneath the cover. it is my fault for not further inspecting the vehicle, but is upsetting that a dealership would knowingly sell me a vehicle claiming that it had not been in an accident and then take steps to cover it up. it did have a clean carfax, but just because a vehicle doesn't have an accident reported to insurance doesn't mean it hasnt been in an accident

My Escalade died 5 months ago and was looking for another SUV. I searched on line and found APEX Motors. I met with Mike, he was fantastic, great attitude and customer services. He showed me what they had on hand, but nothing I was looking for. His service was so exceptional I told him that I would be back to buy a car from him. I keep in touch with him over several the months and about a week ago I saw a beautiful Mercedes GL 450. I reached out to him and he said he remembered me and to come on in. I met with him and his assistance, also great customer service, test drove the car and knew that's was the one for me. The all made it so painless with financing that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car to please give them a call. They make you feel like part of the family.
