We recently upgraded to the Sport from the Velar. We are thrilled with our choice, especially after taking it out on its first road trip. Not only is it beautiful on the inside and out, it was super spacious and comfortable. We appreciate Jake working with us to find the right fit. He made it an easy and relaxed car buying experience.

We recently bought our second land rover, a defender, from the Chantilly dealership - Jake delivered personal service and worked to help us find the exact vehicle we wanted. He stayed connected until and after we took delivery.nnThe reason we returned to this dealership? Quality of service. About 10 months ago I scuffed the paint on our ranger rover entering our garage - I took it in to have the damage assessed and the dealership manager happened to be in the service bay at the time. He took a look and rather book it for repair he said he would try and rub out the scuff - more impressive was he did this himself - we like the brand, but service and team engagement is what brought us back.

I booked appointment online and received a notification in my email few days before my appointment. The day of my appointment when I went in the rude person sitting there tells the email doesn’t mean anything to us but we only call and you can now leave because we are busy. I would give it below one star if it was possible. If you are looking for a decent place with good customer service that would behave like a good human being then avoid this place.

Came by here last night was trying to get a key blade made for my Jaguar but the sales person helped me, gave me a battery for my key fob. Too bad I didn't get his name, but very helpful, best customer service ever. I really hope I got his name to recommend him to my friends and family or when I get my car next time, I'll definitely will try to find him.
