Good overall experience. They wanted to earn my business and did a great job doing so. Sal in Sales was good, knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager Jay aka Julius was good and even Chad in Finance was good. I used to hate this place but since their acquisition, this is a totally different dealership. You may want to check them out if you have the time!nOkay...60 day update. Warning x-drive does not work in winter weather if your car has summer tires. Check this before you buy. Finance lost our paper work which caused an issue w BMW Finance. Trying to get finance to call you back was challenging. The dealership’s complimentary Saturday car wash is only available sometimes. On 3-13-21 their car wash machine was broken. It had issues two week prior to that as well.

Excellent experience working with Melissa. She went the extra mile to make the car purchase process very smooth. The red-bow reveal at the end of the process that she arranged was unexpected and exciting.nThis is my first BMW purchase. The car I purchased speaks for itself of course. But the BMW experience really shined with Melissa's attention to detail. Different level of service at BMW of Sterling. Highly recommend.

The whole experience at Sterling was great from the beginning. We had @Angela_Collins as our client advisor. She was fantastic to work with, from running through options for our base, honest i outs on what was good and bad about each options. Always ensuring that we were comfortable and liked what we picked. Even after the sale she made it point to call and find out how it was going. She not only made sure we got the best deal but also made sure we did not feel rushed. She also got us to work with this amazing finance manager and folks in Service. Just terrific overall, and we greatly appreciated it.nThank you Angela.

I can not say enough about my buying experience at BMW of sterling. Fantastic experience. Mac is a classy, professional and knowledgeable advisor. Not only was he prompt and responsive but he also helped out with complete negotiations of sales pricing and setup of the vehicle, but also went above and behind in making sure I was taken care of through the entire purchase/financing process till he personally handed my new vehicle keys to me. 100% recommended to work with, thanks Mac !
