Extremely nice sales staff, but unfortunately, you should look elsewhere if you value your time. They pretend (and even tell you directly) that they will bend over backwards to make the deal, but they kept making me wait while they “ran the numbers”, then returning with either the smallest change, or trying to push me towards a lease.nnIf you have a trade-in, you can forget it. They will lowball you by thousands. After I left, I immediately found another dealer that offered $3000 more.nnI was as up front as possible, telling them what I expected and what I would pay, even showing them the exact same brand new car for $3000 less at another dealership, but they wouldn’t be up front with me in return. In all honesty, I was asking for a pretty aggressive deal, but I would have appreciated a “we’re not going to be able to make that happen” instead of wasting two hours of my time in a useless back-and-forth.nnSo, even though the sales staff was so nice, and maybe if you don’t care about getting a fair deal, you could still give them a chance, but after my experience with the financing manager who kept interrupting and belittling me (and eventually even tried to sell me a used BMW, saying they were more reliable than the Kias), I can’t say I’ll be back.

There are plenty of spaces to park for clients, though it often looks like a full parking lot.
