Jay was AMAZING! patient, informative, friendly, the works. we came to the dealership completely clueless as to what we wanted and after a couple hours of talking , test drives and checking the cars out, we were able to get an amazing deal on a wonderful used car. travelled an hour and a half from southern md for this dealership was worth it entirely. 10/10

If I could leave 0/5 stars I would. After driving 1.5 hours in the rain to check out a Chevy Colorado that was still listed as available, it was not there. I even responded to the add and received a text stating that it was still available. Upon my arrival he informed me that the truck was sold, and proceeded to try and sell me another vehicle for 5k above the average market price. Maybe it was just the salesman, maybe it’s the dealership. Would recommend seeking a more truthful dealership.

These guys (Shaan & Jay) are awesome it’s finally great to finally meet a company that you can trust. With my past experiences of auto dealerships it’s been terrible, they’ve been sneaky and a bunch of lies. But with this company hands down, they are great! From beginning to end I felt comfortable and at ease. The team even went pass the call of duty, and took me home to get paperwork I need it it, was over 2 1/2 hours away! I must say that this team is awesome I will definitely be back to buy my daughter a vehicle as well thanks again.

As a first time buyer, this was the smoothest transition to purchasing a vehicle. I enjoyed the experience with Night and signed off with the Financial Manager. There hospitality, patience and knowledge are the key factors as to why I had purchased with them. I recommend this company with anyone who would like to purchase a vehicle with assurance.Thank you guys!

Night was very helpful , knowledgeable with the vehicle explained everything so that we understood. We were very happy and satisfied with business at auto member . Will definitely consider doing business with them again!!!!
