I have always been a Ford truck man. And I have met a lot of professional automobile and truck salesman. But Jerry’s Ford gives you both great sales personnel and a tremendous service department. Rarely do you find both of these things in any dealership, but Jerry’s Ford is the place to purchase a vehicle and to have it serviced if you want absolute professionalnService. This service comes with a nice smile and a big Thank You For your business!!

I ordered a F-250 from Jerry’s Ford in January after looking/driving several at other dealers. Finding a vehicle in the trim/options we were looking for was challenge, and using Ford’s x-plan discount, the price was going to be the same if whether we bought off the lot or ordered one. Kayla from Jerry’s helped me place my order, and I received my VIN the following week. 8 weeks later, my truck was delivered, which is much quicker than the 12-16 weeks we were quoted at another dealer. Kayla was great at providing updates along the way, and when we noticed a couple things that were not installed from the factory, Kayla worked fast and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. My experience at Jerry’s was great, and would recommend them.

We purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer about a month ago from Jerry Ford and whole process couldn't have been easier. Our trade was a little tricky because it was 2 cars but from the second we contacted Jerry Ford and spoke with Stephanie we felt like we were really being taken care of. We even went in for an unannounced test drive and were met by not only one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales rep, Carlos, but we also met with the Inventory manager Bruce who had a list of all available vehicles we could want. This was by far the fastest and best car buying experience we have had to date. Thank you so much to everyone at Jerry Ford.

3 years after buying my F150 & now living in WV & still Jerrys Ford is the place to take my vehicles for service. The service department, parts department and dealership staff in general are always professional, friendly & helpful. Couldn't be happier with the way I am treated & the quality service that is performed on my 3 Ford vehicles.

Best car buying experience EVER. Pandemic notwithstanding! Popped in for an impromptu test drive as part of our early decision making process. Even after telling him we weren't planning to buy that day, Phil Wood hooked us up with exactly what we were looking for and a test drive of my next car. Phil demonstrated thorough knowledge of the Ford brand and and an easy-going, friendly approach. His pleasant demeanor and openness convinced us to forge ahead with a purchase of a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were treated with courtesy and respect, even while working the deal and trade in. Between Phil and Chris (in Finance) our experience with Jerry's was amazing. They have customers for life in me and my family.
