I drove three hours away to come look at a van that seemed really great. When I got there the business wasn't even in the same location and had a new address on the door. When I arrived at the new address it was a completely different company nameud83dude33. As I approached to look at the van that was supposed to be in great condition, the door wasn't even on or working properly. I drove three hours for nothing and they knew that's how far I was coming. I wish they would have been honest.

I recently purchased a 2008 Lincoln Navigator from Virginia Cars and had a phenomenal experience with the sales person (Michael) along with their finance lead. I could not even think about going back to a traditional dealership. Amazing selection of high-quality cars, no pressure sales and incredible customer service. This is truly a family owned and operated business, and they won’t let you forget it. I just can’t say enough positive things about my experiences. The car was purchased as a gift for my father and they worked with me to make sure all my needs were met. They were very responsive to my requirements and handled all moving parts appropriately. All in all, they value the buyers request and that's the most important thing as a car shopper in my opinion. I would 120% recommend Virginia Cars. These guys are truly amazing.

Bought a 2008 Armada se. Day I bought car was driving home it over heated. Took it back next day. I should have known than. They replaced radiator. But that was only beginning. Next day check dipstick for oil. Nothing on it. Add oil. Front left wheel makes noise. Smoke comes out of exhaust every other time when i start it. Didn’t start once. Took it back and got my money back. Minus sticking fee of course $750. And he said they were going to put new battery in. But didn’t. Guys are nice. But vehicles are not in good shape.and they have there own shop there. He said it had been sitting for 4 months. I guess nothing had been done to it. Never again. I would not buy from them.

Mike is really cool guy. Answered all the questions and send additional pictures of vehicle per my request.nAlso provided carfax report.nDidn’t buy car cause they sold it before I got in. But Mike was nice enough to call and provide an update, so I didn’t waste a trip.

Buyer beware. Rip off. Had to spend $3000 to pass a real inspection after they slapped an inspection from their “garage” on it for me to drive away. Thought it was okay, but had big trouble later. Sold car to me with bad brakes, mismatched tires that set off sensor alarms, bad suspension...etc. Watch out for the Russians.
