I recently purchased a car from Easterns Automotive. I originally dealt with Juan, Craig and Adam. Juan and Adam turned out to be fabulous. My experience with Craig was not great which almost cost me my car. I would highly recommend dealing with Juan and Adam. Adam delivered the car to my house and sat with me while I read over all of the paperwork and took a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with everything before just leaving. He even transferred my tags from my old car to my new car for me. He was nothing short of helpful and pleasant! Juan made sure I got the car that I wanted and was very communicative and helpful even when I called over and over and over with all of my questions! Overall, I am pleased with the customer service that I received from Juan and Adam!!
We walked into the store with some concrete budget plans and vehicle choices. And it was tough to figure everything out. BUT Demetri and Juan tried their hardest to work with us and put us in a vehicle that was both safe and a great fit for my first car. And I really appreciate that. Definitely come in if you want flexible people who are understanding, hard working, and kind.

Adam was awesome! Even though I wasn't able to find the vehicle that I wanted, I enjoyed my experience so much that I had to at least do this. They have a great team there that does everything that they can to meet your needs!
