I found Loudoun Motors online. I initiated contact via email and in about 30 minutes I was contacted by Mark. I knew the car I wanted before I arrived, so when I got there the car was already pulled to test drive. My fiance and I decided it was a great move and the price was just right. Due to Mark and his teams service, and the quality of they're cars, we decided to purchase both my vehicle and one for him. The paperwork process was seamless and simple.Mark explained everything and I couldn't be happier. The service and client experience that he and his team offers, is the best Ive seen yet. They're responsive, attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, they exhibit integrity, and they follow through. Not only do they make the car purchase experience smooth but they also offer repair services as well. I brought an issue to Mark regarding one of my other cars ( I bought somewhere else). I told him what the issue was, and what I had done ao far to fix the issue. He gave me some great tips and explained what could be causing the issue. Its clear they value their clients. Just as an added advantage. Thank you Loudoun Motors for an amazing experience....

Genuine, honest and extremely skilled machine shop. Always receive great customer service. Never feel pushed for a service or part that is not needed. There have been occasions where Brent has provided cheaper and better alternatives. Highly recommended

I had my vehicle towed to Loudoun Motors before the Thanksgiving holiday. I needed him to look over my vehicle to ensure its safety. After explaining what happened, Brent was able to inspect my vehicle and ensure there was no underlying damage, but upon his inspection he found two issues with it that were missed at a previous shop. He was able to explain what the issues were and gave me a very fair price. I really appreciated his communication and quick turnaround especially during the holiday.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Brent at Loudoun Motors. He exceeded all of my expectations and was very professional and to the point. There was no pressure to buy and he only dealt with the facts. Called, test drove, and had vehicle looked at in a matter of hours by another mechanic. Returned to Loudoun Motors and spoke with Brent. Bought the Q5, sale took place over a course of 15 minutes, no time wasted and very pleased with the purchase.nnI normally don't like going to small dealers because they often are pretty shady. Not the case with Brent and Loudoun Motors! Very professional and knowledgeable. When I am in the area, I will surely have the vehicle serviced at their shop! Looking forward to my first free oil change!nnOh and to the potential customer who told Brent he would offer him 2k more than whatever I offered while walking out the door....
