Great trails, less crowded than great falls. Note that parking can get tight on a nice day but at least your not on a main road with heavy traffic. Connects to the golf course if you follow paved path so there are some spanning views.
I absolutely love walking here! Such a beautiful way to escape into the woods and just be with these giant beautiful trees. Also, being able to walk past the water is wonderful too.
Great park for those who enjoy hiking. A little too crowded on weekends, but the park is big enough to accommodate large crowds.
A great place for hiking with family and friends , pretty well marked terrains and nice scenes along the way
Very nice area, trails are not well indicated on maps!!! Trails often blocked or difficult to maneuver through as many large downed trees blocking. Lots of space to wander, almost no one wears masks and trails are quite narrow can be difficult in some areas to avoid passing closer than 6ft. Lots of room to get off the trails to pass safely in others. Very clean considering high volume of people.
