I'm afraid of heights but managed to enjoy my visit to Harpers Ferry Adventure Center's zip lines anyway. My husband and I went together and were grouped with four other couples for our excursion. I was nervous and fidgeting with my mask the whole time. This didn't stop our guides from doing everything they could to make our trip enjoyable. We went with Eric and Scott. They were funny, friendly, and reminiscent of family. With good natured jokes, smiles, and a lot of assistance, they got me through. At the end of my trip, Scott gave me a fist bump and told me he was proud of me. What good people. You don't meet good people like that every day. Would definitely return and recommend. Sorry for the singular picture from my car...I was too afraid to take my phone up into the trees.

We took an impromptu trip with 4 kids (9, 6, 6, 2) and rented a cabin, be UAW they were out of river side tent spaces. Boy did we dodge a bullet... the weather turned and there is no way first timers like us would have been comfortable truly pitching a tent (with young kids). That said, the kids enjoyed it, and I’m glad we did it. I may be back with adults only, and will go for a fully outfitted cabin until the kids get older. Scott the Mgr (maybe owner?) was a fantastic host. If you stay at the cabins by the clubhouse, you end up right by your car, next to the zip line and tube riding meet up points, and a walk from the Brewery which is solid.

Our family had an excellent time. Britney and Eric were awesome. We had children in our group, and Britney and Eric explained everything clearly, were very patient, and also made the experience fun. Wish the course was a little longer, but besides that, it was a fun and awesome experience. Definitely will do it again.

Good place for enjoy the nature and do some outdoor activities like tubing and rafting...nHighly recommend items you need to bring:nn1, Water shoes, $10 on Amazonn2. Ziplock to put your cellphone and other items.n3.
