I went today expecting great customer service sadly that was not the case. I went through the drive thru getting around 2/3 small things and I got to the window and I was handed all the wrong items and was charged for more expensive items I did not order. When I confronted the young man about it he got an attitude and told me there was no way he made a mistake and I could order again if I wanted. After this I asked for his name (brad long brown hair) and told him I won’t be coming back as I was talking he walked away. you could also see through the window how dirty it was, i’m not sure if I even feel comfortable eating their food anymore.

Ordered munchkins thru the mobile app to pick up at the Purcellville, Va location. Upon arrival we were told that they were out of munchkins AND donuts. I asked how it was possible that they were out of both?! I was told curtly that it couldn't be hepled, it happens. When I asked for napkins for our drinks that were leaking, I was handed a wadded up handful and rudely dismissed.nVery unhappy experience. I hope the young man working drive thru is nicer to other loyal customers.

We come every Saturday, or did...nnWhen after being in line for 15 minutes today you told us we are no longer allowed to pick what type of Doughnut unless we come inside?!?nnWith 4 little kids we are unable to come inside, not to mention the line inside or that this new “rule” is insane. Who says someone employee should pick what they eat?!?

Placed a mobile order, when I arrived I was informed that the donuts I selected were not available. I asked for a refund but was told this is not possible and needed to return another day and I could pick up the donuts if they had them then.
