I read these reviews and I believe that these are just unhappy people in general. I live in the area and I have been coming to this store for several years. The latest of all the manager I have seen come through is the best yet. She is on top of things. She is friendly. Her store is always looking organized and clean from my view. The donuts are finally stocked and they seem to be busy. I believe she just needs more help. She is there every single morning. Good job on hiring her and the friendly staff that is there also.

Avoid at all cost. I regularly use the mobile app to avoid the wait however no matter how far in advance I order the food/drink it is never ready. Apparently they are always “just finishing brewing a new batch” or they are out of the item I ordered. Staff walk around like they don’t know what they are suppose to be doing. The morning manager doesn’t seem to have a clue on what’s going on. Skip this place and hit the Wawa across the street.

I've come to this location everyday for years. I see this manager hustling every morning alone and training new rotating staff each week. She's always happy says goodmonring to many people by name and makes my drinks correctly. She's the best manager that has ever happened to this location. Although I wish they would get her some help because she is like the only key player there that does it correctly.

Hateful. That's the only word I know to describe the morning manager here. Just, hateful. Go somewhere else.

Prompt and friendly service. One time I tried using a coupon on a sandwich that wasn't eligible, and the cashier kindly informed me which items are valid for the promo. They've always been very patient when having to scan multiple gift cards from my phone.
