Updated Review: It seems as if this location hired more employees and maybe did some staff training? Either way, the past few times I’ve been here the service has improved immensely. Fast service, and my orders have been perfect. I’m glad to update my review as, like I said previous, I hate leaving negative reviews. Well done, DD.nnMan, I always hate giving bad reviews and I hardly do. I just wish this location could do better. Every time I go there my order is wrong. Something is missing, or something is not made the way I asked it. They are severely understaffed, to no fault of the employees. Yesterday they had to close at a random time in the afternoon because they were drowning. Only two employees working. This review is for management to see. I hope you all hire more employees and do better at training.

The Dunkin in Broadlands is our go to place for coffee and has been for years. The new electronic menu board with order confirmation is a great upgrade.

Been a long time since I bought doughnuts so I didn't realize they are $1 a piece now. Just wow. I'm sure everyone pays the same price. I really wonder, though, if they encounter disbelief if you dont want coffee. It was as if I inconvenienced them with my order. Really disappointed with my experience.

I ordered chocolate frosted and boston cream donuts, unfortunately didn't check the box until I got home to find just the 2 boston cream but not the 4 chocolate frosted ones, they put something else instead! I returned to them waited for ever and had to repeat the right order for 5 times, and when I asked why they didn't put the chocolate frosted ones the lady on the window said may be they didn't have anymore! Seriously who gave you the right to put me something on your own, and not to mention how unfriendly she was! And by the way,she took the box I had and exchanged them with what I wanted! be aware guys they take orders back from customers and use them for someone else!
