Great customer service! They didn't have the Dark Roast coffee I was looking for so they added a shot of espresso at no cost. Tastes great as always. Thank you!
Mobile ordered a Grande flat white, a venti latte, a yogurt & eggs bites from the Battlefield store in Leesburg. Picked up the order just as the barrista had finished. The venti latte was not even room temperature. Had to have a fresh one made.
Drinks come out right most of the time. Customer service is OK, could be improved. Love the Caramel Macchiato and the Mango Dragonfruit.
The people were very rude to every customer that came in. Would recommend the Starbucks on East Market, they are so pleasant.
