Kirk and his team today; just INCREDIBLE. Not only did they take my order swiftly, but they organized in bags so they could be easily carried by me. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I had an issue with the star rewards. I spoke to the attendant. He was not able to help and was willing to go the extra mile. I chose not to pursue it. He sincerely wanted to help me and I just did not have the time at the moment.
This is a good one, not the best. They seem flustered sometimes when the drive through and the lines inside are getting long. Might take a little bit, but they are very reliable with orders and very friendly.
My drive through barista, Alexis, was awesome!!! Such friendly energy and quite the conversationalist. Out of all the Starbucks I have been to, Alexis definitely went out of his way to make me feel like a special customer.
The staff is amazing. The place is being disinfected between customers and everyone is made to wear their masks correctly.
