Great spot. Very clean. 1 star off because I was there 5 days and they only had one elevator. The dresser and one of the pet outlets by the bed were broken. Also the ashv tray was full outside. Great place to stay but maybe a little upkeep.
My son wanted to stay there for one specific reason... the cookie. It may not seem like much, but that's the reason I went out of the way to stay there. They even have a huge cookie plastered on the side of their shuttles. To use Covid as an excuse not to hand them out is just lazy. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
I was in the area for the past 2 weeks I fly home every weekend so I moved to this hotel the morning before my flight. First stay I was sitting by the window and noticed some type of stains on the bottom of the dust ruffle bed skirt. Looked like someone wiped up food on it. I told guy at desk he had someone go look at it . I was told they couldn't put a new one on and they cleaned it. Also found mold in shower area. I stayed as I was too much of a hassle to switch. Second stay yes I returned figured give them a second chance. 1st room tv didn't work had no one to fix it so they asked me to move I did. Got to the new room the key did not work . 2 staff members couldn't get me a KEY that worked so I was stuck in room until 1 hour later they had a guy fix lock. As a diamond member with almost 2 million points this hilton property is the worst I've ever stayed at. Hopefully they learn from this review
Room was spacious, bed ultra comfort, the associate at check in really helpful . Price was decent for the weekend, loved it .
