The absolute worst .. went to pay my parking ticket yesterday...which I should've fought but I live out of state...only to find out they charged me the late fee early... So even though it says late fee starts after 30 days .. be mindful they they include the first day of the ticket and could care less about the unclear messaging on their ticket .. called them for an explanation and got nothing unreasonable insensible staff. Disgusting.

I just had dumbest treasure rep. conversation ever.i had 3 questions: property tax, moving car out countynand register car as a gift in other city while remain resident of loundoun c. This woman literally told me with two words: I DON'T KNOW. Lol. And that was the end of our conversation. I think being one of the reachest county in the country they should pay more attention to knowledge level of their workers

Petty crooks. They’ll send you a tax bill to your address and if it gets lost or is not received for some reason that’s their only form of communicating. No email, no phone calls, nothing. Then they tack on their bogus interest fees and delinquent fees on a $100 tax bill it’ll somehow almost double in a matter of months. When you explain that you did not receive the first two letters in the mail, they are not willing to work with you and start talking about all kinds of collections nonsense regarding your credit report, etc etc. incompetent button pushers working at the office. I pay my taxes to the dmv why am I paying more personal property tax to these crooks is beyond me.

If something need to be fix in your account they let you know and explain what you can do ! They are awesome.
