They quoted me between 800-1000 to do my taxes, which included part year returns. Poor communication, poor quality of work, and slow turnaround time forced me to spend another $200 on turbo tax. Not surprisingly, I ended up doing the Taxes myself. Turbo tax did a better job. Think about that — they charged me a thousand dollars for work that was done better by TurboTax. I told them not to file the taxes, I wouldn’t be using the returns they worked on, (they somehow missed the fact that I overpaid my social security taxes). Of course, they had no problem taking my $1000. The I only way I don’t feel completely ripped off is if I help someone else avoid the same waste of time and money.

Charged over $300 for 4 1099's Didn't even mail.nnTried to overcharge for doing the rest. be careful.
