They didn't know how to make some of their own drinks on their menu and the older lady was being a complete biotch. I understand covid is going on and all, but she made my whole family leave and wouldn't let them tell me their orders. Wouldn't have been bad if there was cell reception, but there wasn't. She could have been nicer about it. Other than that, all the other staff is nice.

I gave a 4 stars because I usually have a good experience but Heidi the cashier was super rude rolled her eyes at me and then yelled at the costumer behind me. I get sometimes food service is stressful but you don't have to take it out on the costumers. I interacted with other baristas there and everyone else was super nice.

Unfriendly service, too slow, no signs of distancing on the floor, big mess up with queues, long waiting lines outside, wrong spelling if names which leads to confusion at the take out. Such a painful experience. Why is mobile order not possible at this location?? It would be much safer ( Covid)!!!

The reason for 1 star is 100% the employees. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, you get inside the store to see a group of 4-5 women standing around talking about their boyfriends and the night before rather than working. All while only one girl is making drinks for the entire store. Their training is so poor and almost non existent. I overheard them talking about how they did not know how to make the drink I ordered- mind you I had no modifications to a drink on their menu. It’s a shame there’s no where else on this mountain to get coffee. A new manager is strongly needed at this store to ensure the proper training is given. I do want to point out the cashier was very nice and managed the line as best as she could while her coworkers all lounged around. I forget her name but her name tag said she was from Peru.

Slow and NO mobile order ... that is a very bad response to COVID-19! Waited like 30 minutes inside in line. That’s not how Starbucks should make business
