Back Creek Farms is one of my favorite places in Highland County! It is evident that Pat and Valerie take pride in every bottle of syrup that they make. Personally, the cinnamon-vanilla and bourbon barrel are my favorites. I've shared this syrup with family and friends and everyone always raves about the quality.

Great facility and and everyone there was extremely welcoming and friendly! They offer tastings of the variety of maple syrups in their shop which are delicious and make great gifts. The scenery is also fantastic so definitely make your way out there if you're in Highland county.

It was amazing experience and had a very good amount of oxygen. Well you won’t get mobile network and should depend on offline maps and WiFi. It’s good to spend two night and spending more nights would eventually make you bore with the nature as you find no neighbors beside. Nights are really dark and adventurous.nnOn the whole, go visit this place if you love nature and want to get off from daily routine.

Loved touring the sugar shack and learning about the history this couple has with making maple syrup. Delicious taste testing and even got to try an up and coming product!!
