Nice gym, clean and taking the appropriate precautions.
I gave a negative score because management has decided to shutdown the gym for basketball use. Being able to work on basketball with my son is 1 of the main reasons we continue to be members. I'm sure it's covid related but racquetball is still allowed
I have called in three times, first time leaving a voice mail, second time speaking with the front desk and leaving a note, and the third time transferred to a full voice mail, then back to the front desk. The woman over the phone was unwilling to help beyond that, saying she didn't deal with that department. No offer to grab someone who does, just offering to leave another voice mail or note. This is over the course of 2 weeks. No one is helpful, or answering or returning phone calls. Trying to get pricing information is impossible. That and the lack of professionalism are the reasons I won't be joining this gym.
I really enjoy using this facility. Of course, prepandemic it was way cooler, but they've adjusted accordingly and it's still a wonderful gym to be a part of. It's clean and there is sanitizer everywhere. Staff is always friendly. My son loves swimming lessons there and the outdoor pool is his favorite! Parts of the building could use a makeover, but overall-- I am pleased! Great trainers, coaches, classes, and equipment options!
Not a member there. I was there for a few usta matches, and really love that place with friendly staff and beautiful clay tennis courts.
