I have been a Crunch member since they opened in Scotts Addition. I recently moved my membership to Midlothian where I love the facility and the staff, BUT, I find the GM to be arrogant and lacks customer service skills. He never speaks and walks around with a cup of coffee in his hand or stays in his office with the door closed. He definitely doesn’t have leadership experience and don’t be surprised if the dedicated, hardworking staff leaves and so will your members. As a leader for Fortune 500nCompanies for many years, immediate attention and change is strongly advised.
So I was about to use a piece of equipment when an older gentleman who is employed with crunch fitness approached me saying this entire quarter section of the gym is off limits during class...so it ruined my workout regimen since that piece of equipment was only on that 1/4 of the gym...almost canceled my membership!!! Crunch fitness definitely disappointed me today!!and the thought of that hour or longer class that seems like its the hour I’m there EVERYDAY
I moved out of the area a year ago due to Covid. I called this location to cancel my membership less than a week ago, and a lad answered the phone and informed me that I could cancel at any crunch fitness'. I was told when I got to the closest Crunch to me, which was 45 minutes away, that I, in fact could not cancel there and I had to do it at my home gym. I called again and Marlin helped me cancel over the phone. Marlin is 5 stars, the other kid, is not. Thank you Marlin!
Very friendly, i have a great trainer for someone who just wanted to be healthy
Love this gym! Staff are always nice and friendly, and the instructors are tough and friendly too. I always feel comfortable and welcome whenever I come to work out
