Great studio! Heart of Yoga features knowledgeable and experienced teachers. They offer classes in meditation, yoga, and healing yoga . The prices are reasonable and the classes are held at convenient times for working stiffs. Will be a regular customer!
Last Sunday I had the wonderful experience of taking a Yoga Nidra class for the first time. I learned that Yoga Nidra creates a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping which ultimately promotes deep rest and relaxation. This yoga requires a guide and my guide Kalyani, studio owner and highly qualified teacher, warmly taught me a way to enrich my practice.
